These Terms and Conditions outline the rights and responsibilities of property owners who engage with our short-term rental management services in Dubai. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Services Provided
Propigo provides property management services, including but not limited to:Listing management on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and other short-term rental marketplaces.
Guest communication and booking management.
Housekeeping, maintenance, and property inspections.
Dynamic pricing strategy implementation.
Compliance with local rental regulations.
Owner Responsibilities
Property owners agree to:Provide accurate and up-to-date property details.Maintain valid property ownership and all necessary permits.
Allow Propigo exclusive management rights during the service period.Ensure utilities and essential services remain active for guest stays.
Revenue and Commission
Owners will receive rental income after deductions for Propigo’s service fees, platform fees, and any additional agreed-upon expenses.
Propigo charges a management fee based on a percentage of the rental revenue.
Payments are processed on a monthly basis.
Cancellations and Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with a [30/60]-day written notice.If an owner cancels a guest booking after confirmation, penalties or fees may apply.
Propigo reserves the right to terminate services in cases of non-compliance with these terms.
Liability and Indemnification
Propigo is not liable for damages, losses, or injuries occurring at the property.
Owners agree to maintain proper insurance coverage.
Owners indemnify Propigo against claims arising from property ownership or use.
Compliance with Dubai Regulations
Owners must ensure compliance with Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) short-term rental regulations.
Necessary licensing, permits, and tax obligations remain the responsibility of the owner.
Amendments
Propigo may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
